Nothing to install — not for you, not for your customer

A link opens in the browser your people already have. Guests give a name and they are in: no account, no app store, and no waiting on a download while a customer sits on the other end.

Nobody gets in until you say so

Hold guests in a waiting room and let them in one at a time. Put a PIN on the meeting. Every control is enforced by the server, not hidden in the browser — so a modified client doesn't get someone past a door you closed. Free doesn't mean fewer locks: the security controls are the same for every client.

Yes. Video conferencing is included with your WOCOM service at no extra cost, for every user on the account. There is no video package to choose, no per-seat licence and no separate bill.
Up to 15 people in a room. One-to-one calls are unlimited.
Up to 2 hours. The countdown is on screen throughout and a warning arrives before the end, so nothing stops mid-sentence without notice.
No. Anyone with the link gives a first and last name and joins from their browser. Only the people hosting meetings need accounts.
No. It runs in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari and Opera on desktop and mobile. There is no app to download and no plugin.
Recordings are made on the WOCOM server rather than on the host's machine, and are kept for 30 days by default before being deleted automatically. Everyone in your account can play or download them in the meantime.
Yes. Turn on the waiting room and admit people one at a time, and add a PIN if the link alone is not enough. Both are enforced by the server, not by the browser.
