Get your WOCOM devices working — desk phones for the office, and the mobile and desktop apps so your business line travels with you.
Desk phones (IP / SIP)
WOCOM supports Polycom VVX (150–600), Poly Edge E, Grandstream, and most SIP-compatible phones. Phones supplied by WOCOM arrive pre-provisioned — plug in and go.
- Connect the phone to power and your network (Ethernet/PoE).
- WOCOM-supplied phones auto-provision and register your extension automatically.
- Bring-your-own phones — enter the provisioning URL or SIP credentials from your welcome email.
- Set up voicemail — dial *97, record your greeting, and set a PIN.
Mobile & desktop apps
Take your business number anywhere with the WOCOM apps — make and receive calls, transfer, and check voicemail from your phone or computer, all on the company number (never your personal one).
- Mobile app — activate with the one-time passcode (OTP) sent to you.
- Desktop app — activate by scanning the QR code from your portal.
