🔓 Step 1 — Open IP Office Manager
Launch the Avaya IP Office Manager application to begin configuration.

Open IP Office Manager on your admin workstation. Connect to the IP Office system by entering the unit's IP address and admin credentials. Select "Read Configuration" to load the current config.

Add a new SIP Line for the WOCOM trunk connection.

🔐 Step 4 — Configure SIP Credentials
Enter your WOCOM authentication details in the SIP Credentials tab.

📞 Step 5 — Configure SIP URI Tab
Define the incoming number routing rules.

Click "Add" and set the incoming URI to match your WOCOM DID numbers. Use the format shown below.

📥 Step 6 — Configure Incoming Call Route
Route incoming SIP calls to the correct destination.
Navigation → Incoming Call Route → Add
Create an incoming call route that directs calls from the WOCOM SIP Line.

📤 Step 7 — Configure Outbound Short Codes
Create short codes so extensions can dial out via the WOCOM trunk.
Navigation → Short Code → Add
Create short codes for external dialing through the WOCOM SIP Line.

With code "9N", users dial 9 + the full number (e.g., 9-876XXXXXXX). The "N" variable passes the dialed digits minus the prefix to the trunk.
💾 Step 8 — Save and Merge Configuration
Apply the configuration to the IP Office system.

Merge config to the live system

Verify Status
Check SIP trunk in System Status

Use "Merge" instead of "Reboot" to apply changes without dropping active calls. A reboot will disconnect all current calls.
