đ WOCOM SIP Trunk Credentials
Ensure you have the following information before starting.
đ Step 1 â Access 3CX Management Console
Open the 3CX admin interface in your browser.
Open your web browser and navigate to the 3CX Management Console. This is typically accessed at https://your-3cx-server:5001 or the URL provided during 3CX installation.
đ¤ Step 2 â Log In
Authenticate with your administrator credentials.
Open SIP Trunks
In the left-hand menu, go to "SIP Trunks".
Add SIP Trunk
Click on "Add SIP Trunk" to create a new SIP trunk.
â Step 4 â Select Trunk Provider
Choose the generic SIP trunk option for WOCOM.
Select Country
Under Country, select "Generic".
Select Provider
Under Provider in your Country, select "Generic SIP Trunk".
Continue
Click Next to proceed to the trunk configuration.
đ Step 5 â General Settings
Name your trunk and set the main number.
Trunk Name
Enter a name for your SIP trunk, e.g. "WOCOM-SIP".
Main Trunk Number
Set the Main Trunk Number to the primary phone number associated with the SIP trunk (your WOCOM-assigned 876 number).
đĨī¸ Step 6 â SIP Server Details
Enter the WOCOM SIP server information.
Under the "SIP Server" tab, enter the SIP server details provided by your WOCOM support representative. This includes the SIP server hostname or IP address.

đ Step 7 â Authentication Details
Enter your WOCOM SIP credentials and set the authentication type.
Authentication Type
Set the Type of Authentication to "Register/Account based".
Username
Enter the username provided by WOCOM (your assigned 876 phone number).
Password
Enter the password provided by WOCOM upon service activation.
Save
Click "OK" found at the top of your SIP trunk configuration page to save.

Verify your SIP trunk is registered and active.
Your SIP trunk is not registered. Check your credentials, server address, and ensure your firewall allows SIP traffic on port 5060.
Your SIP trunk is registered and active. You can now make and receive calls through your WOCOM SIP trunk.
